LYNN FAHERTY ZIMMERMAN

Founder

I have lived in Bedford with my two daughters and husband since 2010. My team and I run Greet Bedford Magazine (formerly Bedford Living) and I launched North End Living Magazine (now called Stroll North End) in the North End of Manchester in 2018. I have over 20 years of experience in publishing. In 2003, while at Conde Nast Publications, I remember thinking it would be really smart for someone to run a magazine about normal people. Fast forward 15 years and that is what I started to do. I love this concept because the magazine is written by the people reading it, so it is social media in print. The magazine shares positive information, which is quite refreshing today. We offer a new homeowners welcome program and B2B networking. My business partner, N2 Company, also gives towards nonprofits in the fight against human trafficking, meaning every business sponsoring the magazine is making an impact to end trafficking today.

STACY NORRIS

New Resident Outreach

When a homeowner is new to the town of Bedford, we ask them to reach out to us through the magazine and then I connect with them to hand deliver a welcome bag and help them get acclimated to the town.  We give them our Preferred Business List with contact information and our clients put promotional items or gift cards into the welcome bag to help us welcome them to the community.

Outside of my role with Greet Bedford, I am a coach focused on helping women achieve goals and create more happiness in business, life, and motherhood. Women often turn to me because they feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or stuck in some way and they don't know how to change things on their own. I blend mindset coaching with big-picture thinking and a gift for solving problems and creating shortcuts to help them see new possibilities and create live-changing transformations.

I have nearly 30 years of combined experience in healthcare and small business settings, which I gained alongside raising my family, running a household, and volunteering in the community. I hold certificates in life coaching, business operations, and youth etiquette. My experience and expertise make me uniquely qualified to understand and support challenges that women face in business, life, and motherhood.

I live in Bedford with my husband Nick and our youngest daughter, who will soon make us empty nesters.  Our two older children are grown and living out of state. When i am not working, I enjoy having fun with family, spending time outdoors, and betting the ponies with Nick. The beach is my happy place and bravo TV is my guilty pleasure.
